Check-in is guaranteed from 2:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The front desk staff speaks Italian, English, German, French, and Spanish.

Where is the hotel located, and how can I get there?
The hotel is located in Desenzano del Garda at Viale Francesco Agello 114/A. Halfway between Desenzano and Sirmione, it is easily accessible by all major modes of transportation.

By trainThe Desenzano train station is 4 km from the Palace Hotel. Right outside the train station, you’ll find the Desenzano taxi stand and a bus stop (line 26 toward Verona; the nearest stop is just 500 m from the Palace Hotel).

Is there parking on-site?
The outdoor parking lot next to the hotel is open to the public and free of charge; availability is subject to space. The hotel's underground parking garage is available for a fee.

The hotel has two elevators available to guests that connect all floors of the hotel, from the basement to the third floor, and provide convenient access from the garage to the upper floors.

The Palace Hotel has no architectural barriers. Common areas such as the lobby and breakfast room, as well as the guest rooms, are easily accessible and usable.

All rooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, a complimentary non-alcoholic minibar, and a TV with SKY channels. Guests can easily adjust the air conditioning themselves.

Is there a tourist tax?
Yes. According to the regulations of the City of Desenzano, a tourist tax of €3 per person per night is required, subject to exemptions for certain categories of guests (residents, children under 14, and those over 80 are among those exempt. The front desk staff is always available to provide further information on this matter).

MIA Exclusive SPA with a Finnish sauna, soft sauna, infrared sauna, sensory showers, Turkish bath, salt room, relaxation areas, and a herbal tea lounge.

What are the hours of the Spa/Wellness Center?
MON–FRI from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
SAT–SUN from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Do you provide a Spa/Wellness Center kit?
For reservations that include access to the wellness center, or upon request, guests are provided with a kit containing a bathrobe, towel, and flip-flops

There are two pools:
park pool – open seasonally during the summer
panoramic rooftop pool – open year-round, heated during the cold season
